Yellow Front Tire Lettering

I notice that some guys have yellow front tire lettering on their Goodyear Front Runners, to match the Goodyear rear slicks.

Goodyear does not sell the fronts this way, so these guys must have "yellow'd" the front letters themselves?

Is there a stencil kit available, and can a person buy a can of Goodyear's yellow guck somewhere? I'm assuming regular paint would simply flake off the rubber?
