My clutch arm set up is tired & the cross shaft hole is worn out. (Trick Tit / Crower) The clutch arm is made from 1 3/4" x 1/2" thick alloy with the split 7/8" - 48 spline cross shaft hole at one end & a 5/16" hole 5" along for the pedal rod. I have been looking on what seems like endless sites but have not been able to track down a replacement. The much shorter M - 144 -A unit does not fit for various reasons so a like for like deal would work out best. ANY IDEAS
    Thanks & best regards

Mark, I can speak a little Queen's English.... I think you have an aluminum arm, the only ones I know of were Lakewood that had a flat bottom where pinch bolt goes through, about top of 7/8" hole the arm tapers up about 3", but.......are 35 spline, never 48. Of all the 48 spline arms ever made were steel. (also an alloy as is any metal ) :)

Your right my clutch cross shaft arm is Aluminium & it does look like Lakewood item on G-Force Race Cars web page but it is 7/8" - 48 spline.

Lenco cross shaft here. 7/8" od and 48 spline. 4130 steel. I have a Lakewood bell ,it had an aluminum shaft like yours. I phoned Lenco and the ones they have are a direct replacement, you just may have to re-drill the fork bolt hole.

Mark; forget a new aluminum arm, 48 spline tooth is too short for the arm to stay tight. Just buy a lightweight 4130 ALLOY Lenco arm and you'll be fine. They also sell a round bung that you can weld your own top on if a flat arm can't work.
