Looking for tuning help. New to the supercharger world. Running a BBC 468 about 12.5 to 1 solid aluminum C port GM heads. Fresh 8-71 @50% over. Enderle 110 new style pump ( New) square barrel valve. Looking for nozzle size and a rough idea on the pill. It's in a Two Wheel Drive pulling truck.

Send it out. Did the money , time loss, parts torn up and weak or overly aggressive tuneup of chasing your tail for a year or maybe longer . It's the best way to make sure it right, safe and great starting spot.

We ran you combo through our smart phone calculator, ProCalc, with some assumptions; AD 95%, 12.8 gpm pump assuming near new condition, 3.8 AFR good for blown BBC, blower with seals with moderate wear, no high speed, 150 psi fuel pressure (8,000 RPM rating):

    >>> for 8 hat nozzles: 0.057 in. average dia. nozzles, 0.104 in dia main
    >>> for 8 hat + 8 port nozzles: 0.040 in. average dia. nozzles, 0.104 in dia main.

Looks like I was close to your calculations, 58 nozzle and a 110 pill. Now if only the distributor would not have turned we could of seen how close we were. Thank you.

Interesting how very close that is to what I ran in a 440 Rodeck w/ solid cast aluminum heads, 8-71 (40% OD), Enderle 110, back in 1980. I had less compression (11-1).

Interested in the 3.89 afr. I run a blown BBC, downloaded the free trial and input my info....it shows my AFR based off my best run/setup closer to 6.2 am I looking at it right?

You must have an error because with an AFR of 6.2 the motor would have destroyed itself. Anything above a 4.2 AFR is prone to detonation

If you want, send me your ProCalc user name and pass word, and I will look at your numbers. I do not have access otherwise, by design. bob@racecarbook.com
