I have a Blown 540 BBC. Typically I'll run 20% nitro and I'll set the timing at about 40 degrees. If I bump to 30% nitro will I have to make any more changes to the timing? Thanks.

I have not run nitro yet but my understandoing is that the mnjore nitro you use, the more timing you need to take advantage of the extra nitro. That said, it can get really tricky if you put in TOO much timing. Read the plugs and particularly the ground strap. Maybe you should be asking fuel questions of a site dedicated to nitro users.

Did you find a more suitable forum for this fuel related discussion? If so, what is it?

12.1 compression. Iron bow tie block. Aluminum Dart heads. 871 BDS blower. 40% overdrive which puts me at about 24 lbs of boost. I'm running both hat and port nozzles.

Personally I am not sure I would add any more nitro with that much compression. However, I would get a second (or third) opinion.
