Throw out bearing carrier

I use the billet fork with the 2 screws that retain the throw out bearing in the correct location, I think it's AFT, I need to buy a new carrier as the one I use now allows very little wear and re machining of plates and floaters, the lenco style that I used to use has many collars at different heights and I'm sure I can buy different heights to suit what I have now, just need a contact or web address.
