Steel transfert

    The Snap-On one is the only one I'd use. I suppose if Mac or Matco makes one it's likely as good. I know mine was around $400.00, you get what you pay for. In regards to the OP, no need for hard chrome, bronze, or anything silly. You have nothing different than anyone else, and likely not nearly as violent on parts as some of us. If you make a band-aid you're just going to break the next weakest link. As I stated previously, proper washer for the hub, bolt, torque multiplier, etc - problem solved. The splined ti hub is the ultimate answer but is quite the financial undertaking if you're not already setup with it/splined crank. We run both the steel and ti hub with zero issues, with our car being on the two step at the hit, running 1/4 mile, and running as hard as we do - I'll venture to say if we don't have a problem neither will you.
