I have tried everymethod know to man to keep the gasket from leaking. The gasket pushs out from the housing. Tried paper, rubber, RTV, yellow death, no gasket, What do you recommend? Thanks STAN

If it's a Ford 9-9.5" use a FelPro 2302 steel shim with HYLOMAR (absolutely NO silicone) on the housing side, white grease on the dropout face.
Just like tightening your wheels, check and tighten at least the bottom four constantly.

The fel-pro gasket that Bob mentioned works great! We always used to have a leak that was unstoppable in the rear end until we put this gasket on.
