PSI vs Superman Blower

I know this question has been raised before but is there any new data on the two blower types? Have heard that superman blowers and M5 blowers like 20% and PSI blowers work better at higher OD's, any truth to this or is it just sales hype? Both builders say there blower is better but has anyone tried them back to back?
