pneumatic help

I bought a dragster and it has air lines for the lenco i know what the two air lines go to and they go to the steering wheel but heres whats confusing to me,

There is a small cylinder connected to the chute lever with the air line on my left then it goes under the seat to where my elbow would be with hands on the wheel is a shifter button
From there it goes to a "T" one part goes to the steering wheel which i assume would be the feed line for the lenco lines and then other line off the "T" gpes about 3 feet then i suppose to an air bottle/ Solinoids

and also theres other line that goes to nuthing, the other thing i could think of would be mag shut off?

but for the shifter button would that be to threw the chute levers?

and any advice on hooking up air lines would be appreciated
