They are my flow data sheets from data from Ralph Gorr corrected to alcohol.

What is the difference betwheen the 2 charts, why gpm are not the same.

Different style jets with different flow coeficients. Just because two different style jets have the same size orifice doesn't mean they flow the same. Flow is also dependednt on the design of the inlet and outlet of the actual hole.

The above charts are flowed at 150 psi,,,, does your system have 150 psi or does it make a difference what the system pressure is ?
The specific gravity is different between water and alcohol so the pressure is different but the GPM on a flow bench is the same. Water will spin a flow meter the same as alcohol but the pressure reading will be different which is no problem on when flowing a system. BUT those flow charts are at 150 psi standard through an orifice and not through a flow sensor so the pressure has to be corrected and then in that case the flow will change through the orifice. The same thing happens when you use different specific gravity of racing gas with nitrous you have have to adjust the pressure to make the flow the same for the correct nitrous to fuel ratio. Alcohol users only have one specific gravity so you never have to worry about this and it is normally transparent to the racer because he never sees water flow data through an orifice except in this case where these flow charts were originally published without telling anyone that they were done using water. Hope I didn't confuse everyone. It is clear in my mind but hard to put down in writing

Flow sheets (new from DMPE)
I have flow sheets for my new set up from DMPE. Had to lean main and one high speed but no other changes, I've paid for them so now they are public info, if anybody wants them pm me and I will send you everything I have.

Could I get a copy of the flow charts also, My crew cheif hides this from me, wants me to just pay attention to drivin the car or somthing like that, I cant really remember-lol

I'm running a 565 cu. in. Dart BBC. It hac Brodix 2x plus alum. heads. 14-71 bds air loc. Enderle bird catcher. Oddy's .800 lift blower cam (dont know specs, and they grind numbers off end of Isky cam) Car w/ driver is 2400#. Don't know what car is capable of yet. Twisted end off of axle Sat. nite. @ 28% od. I did shake the hel$ out of the tires on the pass, getting a new set up this weekend. Should be low 4's on this door car. My car was fat until I changed the main jet and the second high speed..
