New motor combination

Ok after years running a BBC 468 cu in Hilborn stack inj on alcohol it's time to step up to a larger cu in motor. I'm now interested in running a billet block and billet head (BMR, Arias, Fontana) with a Tunnel ram injection unit on alcohol but, I have a few questions. 526 or 540 cu in, rod length, compression ratio, can I use a blower manifold (BMR,Arias,Fontana) modified to except the hat and the fuel system? Running in the 8 second range now, would like to get into the low 7's range to high 6's 2600 lbs, Rossler Glide 157, 4:56 gear, 34 1/2 tire. Other option that was suggested to me was the dart block and head, not real sure of that combination, and what block and head. Just a start what do you think? Looking for a low maintenance setup.
