Lot's of oil in the puke take

    Oil in puke tank

    what is the diameter of the hoses that go to your tank; i think that increasing
    the diameter of the return hoses slows down the air oil mix and reduces the amount that enters the tank. Location and baffling of breathers is also important.
    Have only a few drops in the tank lean or rich no difference.
    375 bbc 45 psi.

    All, thanks a ton for the great info, we have installed the breathers in the very top of the valve cover, over the large opening in the heads, we are loaded up and will be testing on Saturday we are trying to get a 5.9? pass out of the old girl, I will keep you all posted on Monday, thanks again for all of the help!!!! and Sorry it took me so long to get back to you.

    No more oil in the puke tank

    All, I just wanted to say thanks for all of the great info, we ran are first race of the year last weekend and we did not have any oil in it just about 2 oz's of Alky per run, moving the breathers over the top of the large opening of the heads did the track FYI, thanks again for all of the help !!!
