Roy Hill has a racing school. Not sure if he runs alcohol. I saw an ad of his in the back of National Dragster.

    Alcohol School @ Hawleys

Hi, my name is Gary Stallone, a rep @ Frank Hawleys. I just read your post yesterday and wanted to let you know that after checking our schedule, we do have a class open soon that hasn't been designated as to which car we'll be running, but the dates are still available. The first person to register for that class will determine which car we run.
The dates we have open are August 6-8 in Gainesville.
Let me know if there's anyything I can do to help.
