    Would someone who uses the jet size program please contact me. I have a question regarding the "tuning modifier" portion of the program.

    The tuning modifier just changes the amount of fuel that you put into your motor. You keep changing this until your tuneup is close, then you basically leave it alone and let the program's altitude/humidity/temperature settings dictate the amount of fuel for different race tracks.
