#%&^ing NHRA

I'm in Houston, on the spectator side, in the "staging area", ready to get parked in the morning. I got here at 5:10pm. I called the track on Monday to double check what time they were going to quit parking today, the answer was "nhra said 6pm". So I spent the whole day, drove down here, got the rig washed, ate lunch, stopped to fill up on fuel, didn't speed(knowing I'd still get here in time), only to have the guard at the gate tell me all the nhra people left at five. Obviously they're not gonna care(though I'm going to tell them anyway), but it just pisses me off, since I'll bet I don't get into my spot until noon tomorrow, so what was the point of leaving this morning and wasting an entire day? I just wish they'd stick to what they told the track

that zucks! well on the brightside you didnt get a ticket and you were on a full stomach

had that happen also called maplegrove was told ok to drive from northern NH come on down and test got there then was told there was something going on cant test,then called etown was told ok to come over on sun get there then told its a muffler only day cant help you

 

Maple Grove is just about the worst place in the world to try and go test...

.....in the morning, when you get in, park at the end of the track across both lanes, get out and walk the pits for 5 hours...THAT'L TEach'm...rotton sonsa"BEEEEE"ches, dirty bas"BEEEEEEP"turds.......
