What is the concensus out there about the number of port nozzles on a blown alchohol motor? I run a dribbler and a main nozzle per port, but I know some use only one nozzle per. What makes the difference as long as you get same the flow?

Dale, I've watched this post for an answer, but I think your question may be too broad to get one. I have seen both approaches work well and I won't even attempt to offer an opinion other than that. Are you running a roots or PSI?

This is one of those questions where people paid a lot of money to find out. Spilling the beans here isn't likely to happen.

The dribler nozzle is one of two per port, with a smaller jet and a lower pressure check valve than the other nozzle-30's to 40's number versus 50's to 60's in the main nozzle. It's main funtion is to meter fuel at idle and stage r.p.m.

Greg,I run a PSI,but with the roots blowers i've always just used a single port nozzle.
