I used .023 titanium sheet and fixed a misfiring powergrid.

Thanks for the info. I think what i have is EMI Messing with Fuel and blower sensors that are close to the mag. RPM, clutch and Pinion are all good. so just looking for an EMI soft wrap product. I have not tried searching much yet i figured some of you have. Looking for wire loom type wrap that is EMI sheilding. Maybe tin foil will work...

The MGChemicals stuff will flake off any flexible surface. It is also pretty expensive. 3M makes some nice shielding jackets in various sizes that can be soldered to in order to terminate to ground.

    3M Sleeves Brochure

You can buy this stuff from DigiKey or Mouser.

Make sure the Points Box and the Racepak box are grounded with a wire directly to the chassis. Then make sure none of the Racepak wires, VNET couplers, and sensors are as far away from plug and coil wires as you can get them. It is the digital side of the data logger that is sensitive to EMI, the analog side is not bothered by EMI

Doesn't make and difference if RPM or Racepak the same applies to the wires and grounding
