Double O-ring Info

Hey all...I run a blown alky small block ford. We're going to get the heads and block o-ringed (double o-ring, one in the block, one in the head, no reciever grooves). I've talked to some people and i've heard the orings need to make a figure 8 around the cylinders. I guess my main question is do any of you know of someone that can do this in the midwest or is there someone I can get ahold of to find out what needs to be done? I'm in kansas....thanks for any advice!
