Bronze Floater

    Is there anything diferent when cutting a bronze floater compared to a steel floater?

    They cut the same, it just takes off more money when you cut it lol. Really, if you use a stone to cut it may need to be cleaned a little more often. When cutting steel floaters I clean my stone about every 3 floaters but do it every floater with bronze.

    Do most people cut the bronze floaters wet or dry?

    Some one saw Manzo carrying a set into his trailer, and now every one has to have them. :p

    Bronze floaters become more aggressive as they heat up. And we cut all of our floaters, flywheel and discs on a wet stone. Dry stones can cause hot spots and end up taking more material off before the surface is true.
