Best way to adjust valves??????

I agree with Will's method, but will bring it one step further. I set the Intake just as the exhaust is starting to open, and the exhaust as the intake is starting to close. If you set the intake as the exhaust is closing it might be a false reading because your getting into the overlap period.

 

OK now you got 3 or 4 different ways to do it , now do it all 3 or 4 ways and see if the cam timing changes each way ? if it dose then go with the way the cam timing is the same as the spic sheet. let me know who is right please.
