I have to give credit where it's due... Brian Wehrer, aka Wizbang, and his local buddies have helped me quite a bit. Without their fabrication help, I'd be far behind where I am now.

 

Thanks WJ, I've learned alot from my buddies. AGE isn't how old you are its more like how much you know ! My engine builder started racing at Deer Park in Spokane in the 1959, ran a 426 Hemi "SuperStocker" right from Direct Connection in 1965 , stepped into Top Fuel with a Rat motor in 1967. Then it was Top fuel from then on. Like in mid 70's worked on Ruth's Fuel car and his own. Then hooked up with Ron Smith and has been with him since. Ron has always been the "thinker" of that deal and between the two of them and Ruth , I have learned alot. Now the younger guys that I know are into fabrication of $ 500,000 street rods ! With hall these buddies, I'm spoiled !!!!
And they seem to keep me in-line or so they think !
