There was a GOOD thread on this a while back and I didn't print it. I hate to start it again, but someone mentioned some kind of "wax" or "furniture polish" that intrigued me. Something other than sticky oil. Also, HOW DO YOU MOTIVATE YOU CREW TO DO THIS!!!!!!! A hundren dollar bill and a 12-pack won,t get it done on my car! Thanks, Tim

    Rustproofing 101

Black spray paint .99 cents a can at Wal Mart.
Dries to a nice sheen. Easy to clean. Easy to touch up. Makes car look finished and professional. Will not be a dust magnet. Will not get all over the crew guys everytime they touch the car. Will not get on firesuit like oil.
To install put on your Nitrile disposable gloves, use a clean rag dampen it with alcohol wipe chassis down. Shake can twice as much as you think you need to ( good job for the kids ). Spray evenly in well ventlated area. Takes about 12 cans to do a dragster chassis. And two hours time.
Did I mention it makes car look finished and professional.
