    Any word on Ken's condition after going into the net today in Pomona?

    A buddy of mine is down there and saw the pass and looked at the car after.
    Chutes didn't open and went into the sand/net hard. He said the car looked pretty beat up. They had a bad year for shure,blew the body off earlier in the year and now this.:(

    Glad to hear Ken is ok. Sorry to Geoff and the team about your race car. Tough season on cars. You can always bring back the old Camaro.

    Talked to Ken Friday night after that ride. Said he was fine just pissed about the car being tore up. Glad he's alright. When the flat bed went by, my heart sunk. It was NASTY! Pomona trap claims another one.

    What happened here? Did the chutes come out and just get tangled? Or did they not come out at all?

    Is there any reason why all TA/FC's don't have chute launchers of some type on them? Either spring or air operated?
