The person that put the nozzels in this motor obvisley didn`t know what they were doing, if i were you i would take the fuel system and send it...
The nozzels should spray toward the intake valve, NOT toward the blower, the hat nozzels should spray at the blower roters.
Try setting the timing with the # 6 cyl, may be the crank you put in is broke in the middel, the timing mark will be the same on the degree weel...
You can put an air nippel on the filler cap of the oil tank, and use a bicycle pump to put pressure into the tank( so you don`t blow out the tank)...
Once again******do you need a hammer to hit that nail ?
