check that the bolts holding the upper pulley aren't bottomed out and rubbing on the end of the blower snout also check that the lower bolts...
Your not going to like the end result when that epoxy breaks loose and hangs an intake valve open ! You should have sleeved it .
I have been using the CSR aluminum flexplates for a few years now on my blown Hemi , with no problems. I know that Snyder has been using them as well.

Ohm the wires and see if they are over 50 ohms per foot what are you gapping the plugs at ? If the plug gap is too wide the spark will go out...

I was thinking a secondary teather that goes through the attachment loop on the chute and around the rear end.
I dont think anybody was talking about using it as a toplube , they did say the use it to lube there fuel system components at the end of race day...
I was told to never use synthetics when assembling a new engine because you want the rings to have a certain amount of abrasion so they will seat....
I do know that Coan makes nice bushed adapters for what your doing.
