    Hi guys,

    Can anyone recommend a flex plate to suit a blown Hemi that has a ring gear on it to suit an onboard starter motor? My current set up has a ring gear on the convertor and we want to change this if possible. Any help would be great TIA

    Three main companies make dependable flexplate, Meziere, CSR and DMPE Inc. The normal tooth count is 162 to fit inside the inner shield in the can. Sometimes you have to use an oversized pinion on the starter to make them mesh correctly which is available from Synder Motorsports. Synder also sells the Meziere flexplate.

    x2. Give Mick a call, he will hook you up. I use a 162 CSR and CSR starter with oversized pinion gear. Works great.
