Wanted BAE Head Studs ???

I have a early Billet BAE Std. deck block. I am switching from a fathead to a fuel head so I am needing longer head studs for the middle row. I talked to the boys at brads and they said I have a long stud block and they don't carry studs for theme any more.
So I measured up what I need and came up with a stud that needs to be :

-12.750 - 13.000" 0.A.L.
-4130 not H11
- I would like 10 in really good (like new condition)
- top of stud broached for a 1/4" Allen.

Does this sound correct or do I have so thing really weird here?
