Torque Questions

    526 hemi. We torqued our L-19 rod bolts w/ the ARP moly lube to 90lbs. Then we were told not to do that and to use straight oil. So we disassemble the motor to clean all the rods, caps, bolts, etc. Reassemble and re-torqued to 90lbs w/ oil. Is that okay? Or did we maybe weaken the bolts/rods by torqueing w/ moly lube?

    Mine go to 78 with reg oil. I do not believe you hurt the bolt.

    my brooks rods are at 90 thats with the black washers... no I don't think you hurt anything..but call ARP and ask them..Dave
