Top Fuel Hemi Head Help Needed?

Can someone help explain to me the difference and why they were made different later, the old style fuel heads, with the large chambers and the different .100 tall fuel heads and the reason they came out with them, I was told when the nitro percentage changed? Also, what problems will they be to change over on a standard old style fuel headed motor? THANKS in advance for all of the help on here! Jim
