Timimg, Fuel vs Alcohol head.

I have doing lots of reading and sorting for my tune and get a wide variety of answers...

There are other threads on this topic, I think this title will help many of us with the same type of questions.

With a Veney Fuel head (179cc measured chamber) 10.0 to 1, C Rotor Screw at 1.90 to 2.08 over (60 psi-ish). Should I start at 26 or 32 degrees of timing? Other suggestions?
