I want to see what everybody is running out there that has a similar combination to what I have.

Combo is BAE Block w/ fuel crank and bore. Veney Fuel Heads w/190cc chamber, 11 to 1 compression, Single 20 amp MSD Mag, 6-71 Mini-retro blower @ 18% over, 110 pump, hats and ports.
What plug brand and heat range?
Is it worth the time to index on a Hemi? If so, what works best?

I want to run minimal timing to start and creep up on it. Is 22 degrees too late?

    Thanks.

you will get alot of responses for this i think. we have a similar combo...with a little more compression and a 14-71 HH. if i were you i would run a NGK B10ES plug gapped at .016. no need to index them in my opinion, and run 28-30 degrees in the mag. if your fuel system is close, you should be ok to start there. if you are unsure about your fuel system, save yourself alot of time and $$ and have your system flowed. just my 2 cents worth. hope this helps.
