The top of my setback plate uses an O-ring to seal to the bottom of the blower, is there any special place I should position the ends of the O-ring. I was planning to put it at the rear center, but just don't know if it makes any difference where it is. Also should I put a small dab of silicone at the ends?

    Thanks in advance.

It doesn't make any difference where the joint is. You can join the two ends together with superglue. I little dap of silicone sealer doesn't hurt. Some racers put a very small amount of silicone sealer all around the oring.

    That's what I thought.

    Thanks, Mike
