setback blower brace???

anybody running a setback blower having trouble streching the studs?
Does any one make or use a brace to stop this?

 

are you saying that you do not run any kind of snout support?

jon rcd makes a brace that we sell that works very well on the hemi it ties into the idler bracket with support brackets and mounts the starter bracket on the snout. between the two mounts there are link bars that use heim ends to adjust preload into the snout so as the motor grows from running the snout will be there with it. we also have some special blower studs that are made from 7052 alum. these are probaly the strongest alum. studs on the market and is what is used throught out the top fuel pits. Are you using the 1/2 on the bottom side or still the 7/16 we have these studs on the shelf if you need them.
