Rough idea on ET ?

Purely for my piece of mind...just need a rough idea of an ET if possible.

We ran a 6.6352 at only 181 yesterday, soft tune up, still very fat.

was not a full pass, was off it and chutes out at about 1200 feet (testing)

60' of .0965

330' of 2.69

1/8 ET 4.177

1/8th mph 165 (seems slow but im happy, looking for 180 eventually)

6.63 at 181mph

From my head it look to be a low 6.4 or high 6.3 ?

i hope this make sense, as i say just an idea.

our TEW car can run 4.15/6.30 @ 227. I think you are in the right ballpark.

Yeah thought it was there abouts, lifted early as only the 2nd full power pass on new motor.

 

Yeah not started to tune the motor yet, also not sure if I added but this is an alky motor.

 

Bit of an update, ran a 6.42 at 191mph last weekend, motor still very safe and didnt hurt a thing.

Just picking away at times but we found the slicks are rubbing on the body at about 195 ish so had to lift.

Body will be sorted for next event.

Ran bests of (not on same run)

330' of 2.63

1/8 ET 4.04

1/8th mph 174

6.4261 at 191mph

Hoping for 6.1's eventually at full tilt

 

a 3.98 -3.99 180 + in the 1/8 should get you down in the teens 220s

Yeah thats where I eventually want to be, sub 4 second 1/8th's

Although a low 4.0 is enough as another alky altered ran a 6.26 @ 220mph

I want to run a 6.1 in the long run, the power is there just got to sort the body rubbing and take some fuel away.
