The real trick is the alignment of the extended hub to the support's bearing. Loosen all the bolts that hold the bearing in place and install it then rotate the motor to make sure it is aligned then tighten it back up.

Thanks for the fast reply, we had a mock up last night and for once a part we have bought will go straight on without having to make everything around it to fit. RCD make some beautiful stuff................

    Crank Support

MIKE IS RIGHT ON THE ALIGNMENT OF THE BEARING THE ONLY OTHER THING IS TO SMEAR PLENTY OF NEVER SIEZE ON THE CRANK AND IN THE HUB. TORQUE CRANK BOLT WITH RED LOCTITE AND ENJOY. THE OTHER THING TO MAKE SURE IS THE HUB SITS FLUSH WITH THE ROLLER BEARING SOMETIMES ITS AFFECTED BY MOTORPLATES ON THE LENGTH. IF YOU NEED ANYTHING ELSE FOR THIS SUCH AS CRANK TRIGGER OR OTHER ACC. CHECK US OUT AT WWW.RBSSUPERCHARGERS.COM THANKS JR
