Psi 14-71 HH Blower

Just bought a new PSI 14-71 HH I Heard they like a lot of fuel up on top, compared to std. 14-71 is this true, if so how much is too much? I don't want to put too much fuel in, and loose my air pump effc. because the fuel is taking up volume that could be air. just wandering if any body has any input i'm going to try and switch blowers next month and test.

i would talk to les mellows on here. he's a pretty sharp guy that has dabbled with the psi a little. hope this helps
