PRO TOP OUTLAWS HEAD NORTH FOR THE FIRST TIME IN 2005



On July 16th, the Pro Top Outlaws head to Muncie Indiana for their first heads up shootout North of the Mason Dixon line in 2005. This is also the first time PTO has ever been to Muncie! The Pro Top Outlaws are shooting for the quickest times the Muncie 1/8th mile strip has ever seen, as the regulars on the PTO tour, as usual, are all shooting for the 3-second zone. The Muncie crew is anticipating large crowds as the word gets out that the 180 MPH altered's and dragsters will be in Northeastern Indiana. This event will see Outlaw racers from North, South and Canada mix it up in their classic heads up no limit style .



So far, PTO has completed three races this season and produced three different winners. Anthony Trauth has the quickest pass of the season with a 3.85 set in Dorchester, South Carolina and Brian Decker is right on his heels at a 3.87. The supercharged Small Block Chevy powered dragster of Decker is also in the points lead, but two Hemi's and two Big Block Chevy's are right behind him in a tight points chase for the $25,000.00 championship purse. The action will all unfold on Saturday July 16th at Muncie Dragway "Home of the Action Traction".
