Oil to rockers restriction question hemi

I have a stage 6 Keith Black hemi that oils like a factory hemi

it is not full time oil as it doesn’t have a groove cut in cam etc.

It only oils the rockers when the holes line up with the cam as it spins..

now with this being said I’m throwing the rockers on and should I restricti the oil to the rockers with a plug and a .070 hole? That doesn’t seem to me like a great idea although this is an a fuel motor with a Keith black pump and I’m running 60 weight with methanol and threw a blower on it..
