Main seal/side seal procedure?

I will be setting my crank back in the block in the next couple of days, and would like some input on the procedure for sealing up the rear main on a Hemi. I am asking because I will be checking the main bearings between rounds (at least until I get a tuneup), and I figured some of you may have suggestions.

on the side seals I put a small film of silicon and on the small bolts were they sit down into the cap I fill it with silicon..when tuning you should look at the rod bearings..uppers...Dave
