Isky cams

Does anyone personally know someone that works there ??I sent my cam to them to have it checked. I had them make me a new one based on the one I sent. I got the new one but they did not send the old one, and I have it sold. I have called three times with no call back over a 2 week time frame. I told them I would start posting the problem I was having. The gal at the front desk acts like she could give a $hit.I tried to be as nice as one could be. She said someone would call back as soon as they got back from lunch (thirty min.). Now its been over 4 hours and no call. Its like there is no one there that can at least call me back or look for the stick!! Am I overreacting ???Or do they have Baaaad customer service? Whats you're take on it? thanks Craig

 

Seems like Isky has been on the cutting edge of mediocrity for several years now......sounds like their customer service has finally caught up with their tech department................

 

They most likely got the specs from your cam and reground it, cam blanks are at a premium.

 

They checked the old cam and and used the specs and made a new cam with more lift. Even if they did why wont they call me back. I called them am on Fri. and was to be called back in 30 min and now its Tues and no call.this was the fourth call I have made with no call back I just want to let everyone know about this.I have the old cam sold. I am wondering if they a bunch of hacks

 

Called twice today no call back. Talked to 2 people who could not /would not help me I have left 6 messages and talked to everyone there but the person that can fix the problem and he wont call me. I WILL QUIT RACING BEFORE DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN (I will keep you posted)
