How much fuel for overdrive increase?

I have a K9 superman 1471 with mods for IHRA funnycar high OD. I'm currently at 37% and would like to go to 40%.How much more fuel should I add. I don't have a flowmeter so I need a reference from the main pill size.

Also, I will be getting pretty small on my main pill size. I have 2 poppet type hi speeds with pills in each. To get my main pill sized bigger I take the area increase on the main and subtract it from the hi speeds right? I did it once before and it worked great but I wanted to double check.
