I have to say the ERD spacer is a great piece. We've ran it for about a year, money well spent. You can get them at www.rbssuperchargers.com. The DMPE spacer is also nice, and alot less expensive. Check them out at www.dmpeinc.com.

Spacers should be matched to the bottom exit of the hat and to the top opening of the blower to make sure you have the smoothest flow and transition of air into the blower. A lot of times your hat will not match the blower opening. If the hat opening is bigger than the blower opening you will have a ledge and will mess up the airflow. If the hat exit is smaller than the blower opening then you are not taking full advantage of the blower. If you trace the bottom of the hat on paper and trace the top of the blower on paper then Darren Mayer of DMPE will custom fit your spacer to your application for around $550. Be careful of standard off the shelf spacers and make sure they will fit your application. Have some return policy worked out before you buy one in case it doesn't match your setup..

Spacers can be good for 60-100 HP gain depending on how good or bad your current fit is. The spacer allows the hat to move up and forward to straighten out the airflow from the butterflies to the back of the rotors.
