Funnycar Tachometer

I Know Most Of You Think That A Tach In A Funnycar Is Worthless But I Was Wondering If Anyone Uses A Signal Converter From Autometer To Use On There Tach Or Is It Better To Get A Tach For The Magneto Ign I Dont Have A Tach Drive To Use A Mech Tach So A Autometer Will Have To Do Unless Someone Has A Better Idea Using A Super Mag 4 And Installing A Datalogger Soon Then The Tach Will Be Done Away With And We Will Just Run A Shift Light Thanks Jamie

Yes we use the Autometer signal converter for our Autometer Pro Comp 2 tach in our TAFC. Works really good. We also run the Autometer datalogger.

Hey Nathon, how do you use your auto meter data logger in real time and watch it on your lap top? I know how to watch real time on the data logger but we want to watch it on our lap top...thanks Dave Lowe
