the way the new 2009 NHRA rule book reads to me is that I will have to put fire bottle in rear engined supercharged dragster, or is this sentance still talking about front engined supercharged dragsters/altereds?

I just got my new NHRA rulebook yesterday and in section 4D, Top Dragster it says....

    SUPPORT GROUP:9

    FIRE EXTINGUISHER SYSTEM
Mandatory on front-engine alcohol burning or supercharged/turbocharged cars and on any rear-engine car with ENCLOSED cockpit.

So if you have an enclosed cockpit on your dragster you need it.

I have a hard time following this since no Blown or A-fuel cars require them. according to the rule book.I am not doing anything until I hear it from them. Don
