federal mogul/speedpro

    are the federal mogul 142 m mains and
    8-7300sha rod bearings soft or hard
    are they any good for blown promod 40 psi boost
    they are a local co that i can get resonable
    thanks

    These are the "soft" bearings. Note that the mains are 3/4 groove.
