egt's reading

building my first blown alky engine.was going to run just hat injectors but more i read i'm thinking of going with port injectors also now..i keep reading about EGT'S on each cly. to help with tuning..what do i need to buy to be able to read each cly.?don't need to know anything else[i don't think anyway]this is just a now and then week-end toy//shows//short show-off cruises//gudge racing//just want to have fun..on very tight budget[disabilty income only]

I've posted this before...
But if you're on a showstring budget I would reccomend recording RPM, Fuel PSI and EGT. If you only can afford 1 EGT don't sweat it, use your spark plugs to even out the cylinders.

There are several small data collectors out there that are able to record the above for a lesser price.
