Deep Throat vs. low profile dragster hat on a "C" flow

Hey guys and gals, setting up a Hemi/C at 90% over and was planning to go Deep Throat on the hat. A great deal came up on a low profile funny car style hat.... Will I be leaving power on the table if I go with the low profile? Any ideas on HP loss if I do??
