Coated Bearings??

When I ran all NA stuff we always had better luck with the coated bearings, when I put my blower motor togeather I used the same coated bearings. My rod bearings still look great, but some of the mains took a beating, I dont think it was the bearings fault at all. 1,3,5 looked new except for the thrust surface on 3, but it skuffed #2 and 4 pretty bad.

I just wanted to see if anyone was using the coated bearing and how they were working for you guys??
