Carbon hat ID and repair help

    A buddy of mine has a carbon 3 hole hat that is from super marine products, does anyone have any info or contact methods?

    Also 1 shaft bearing/bushing is good, 1 is loose, 2 middle ones are out, we have all the parts but it needs repair.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.
