I have been tuning without a computer for sometime now and am currious to know if say you have a worn out 14-71 making 25 lbs of boost 32% over @7200 rpm and decide you want to put someones killer blower on. Will this killer blower pull more fuel ??? We know that the boost is going to be higher but will it add more fuel and cause a rich condition. Its something that I have wanted to ask the pros about for sometime now. One of these days when and if we can ever get a sponsor there will be a race pack on board but for now just looking at th norm. Thanks

Just the opposite of what your thinking will happen. Making more boost will create more back pressure against the nozzles, therefore the engine will be leaner. Adding boost without making any fuel system changes will essentially add more oxygen, hence a leaner mixture. Boost does not "pull" fuel from the nozzle, fuel pressure has to overcome boost to push fuel out of the nozzle. If you had Davenports fuel program, you could see exactly what boost changes do to fuel flow.
